The University of Nottingham Cheerleading Squad is a group of outstanding student athletes who enthusiastically represent the university. Our routines include stunts, dance, and gymnastics to achieve competitive and crowd pleasing routines. We consist of three teams; Performance and Varsity who perform at the half-time shows for all major varsity events where UoN battle Nottingham Trent in our Varsity series; in addition to our highly successful Competition team who placed 1st for University All Girl Level 3 at ICC British Open in March 2019, and with the highest score in the entire competition they won National and Grand Champions.
