The aim of our society is to provide bootcamp style fitness for our fellow students. Not only do we want to promote health and fitness and a healthy lifestyle, but also the benefits of exercise on the mind and mental health. Our sessions will happen twice a week and will take the form of circuit style training with qualified personal trainers.
